I have a right to decline a commission for any reason, even without explaining.

I, as a creator, hold full copyright to the commissioned picture. The picture as a whole, not your personal character or any element in the picture that might belong to you.

I keep the right to post the commissioned picture online in my galleries.

I do private commissions but it will double the final price (+100%).

You may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon, and unless you provide an additional fee.

I work with visual references only. No text descriptions please. Exceptions can be made for Reference sheet commissions, in this case please describe your idea and character in detail.

Please send me correct and up-to-date references, avoid sending me updates on your character changes after I have already started the work. I will not dig around galleries trying to find the correct image.

Please remember to answer when I send you the piece for correction or approval. If you won’t provide feedback within a three days after I’ve sent you the finished commission, I will consider our deal to be done, and will submit the commission to my gallery.

Any person depicted in a NSFW commission, or paying for such commission, must be 18 years of age or older.

If commissioner doesn’t answer for 3 months or more without any warnings, I will discontinue our work without any refunds!!!!

Sadly, because of the sanctions I no longer accept commissions via PayPal. I take payment upfront via EasyStart (you can use PayPal there), PaySend (bank card) and sometimes Hipolink (bank card only). If you’re not familiar with either, don’t worry, I will describe how each payment method works in detail!

I will start working on your commission only after the payment has been processed. Payment must be completed as soon as possible; failure to do so may result in a loss of your slot.

I CANNOT use PayPal directly, they don’t work for me and I’m unable to process payments through them. It may change, and in that case I’ll let you know. Please don’t ask me if I can use it.

I take payment in EUR (EasyStart, main method), your currency (PaySend) and USD (Hipolink).

No refunds. Because of my current situation, it is literally impossible for me to refund you.

Payment plans are possible for big commissions like ones with a background, or big group commissions. Payment plan duration depends on the complexity of your commission, on your financial situation and on the price. Each situation is different, the details can be discussed in private messages.

If multiple people are to have characters in a single commission (a group commission), ONE person is responsible for paying the commission fee. This allows the commissioners to figure out how they would like to split the fee amongst themselves and allows for the Artist to begin working on the commission faster because they are only waiting for payment from one person (the Representative of the Commission group).

I will send you a sketch before coloring your commission. Please check carefully for all possible mistakes. If you ask for more than 5 changes, I will ask for an additional fee. The fee amount will be decided from the complexity of the changes.

You will be provided following WIPs during the process:

Sketch. Base details, expression, pose is decided at this stage.

Linework and Flat color. Please check carefully if the character’s colors, patterns, design is portrayed correcty.

Finalised artwork. At this stage I can only make small changes.

Reference images of your character(s). Keep in mind that I work with visual references only, no text based descriptions please. Exceptions can be made for reference sheet commissions.

Type of commission that you wish to get. Please fully describe what it is you want: type of commission, amount of characters, cellshade or fullshade. If there is a background, please describe it in details, but more importantly describe the desired mood or atmosphere.

Desired pose / expression, and any additional info that you find necessary mentioning.

Your preferred method of payment (Western Union or BuyMeACoffee). If you’ve never heard of neither, I will describe how it works in detail 🐱
